Bideford Christmas Light Switch On

We had a great time at the Bideford Christmas Lights switch-on which we supported with a £475 Asda Foundation grant to organisers South West Event Management Solutions.

The money paid for the free Lantern Making Workshop that ran throughout the afternoon with the lanterns being used in a parade after the lights switch on. A huge number of people attended the event throughout the day and evening and we had good dry weather. During the afternoon I had a display board up talking to people about how we support our local community.
