Hi I'm Shane Collier, the new store manager at Asda Cambridge. I've worked for Asda for over eight years now and previously worked at Asda Luton. I'm really looking forward to working at the Cambridge store.
Three colleagues from our Gravesend store have abseiled 200ft down a building to raise money for charity in memory of nine-year-old Stacey Mowle.
Stacey was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma Cancer in May 2010 and colleagues at our Gravesend store were hoping to raise £500,000 so she could have treatment in America.
They quickly showed support for the local star and held lots of fundraising activities, including a world record attempt to create the longest conga line through Gravesend town centre and a Gangnam Style flash dance.Read more

Hello, my name is Claire and I am the Community Life Champion at Asda Cambridge. As a store we like to get involved in all aspects of our community. One of my favourite aspects is the fundraising we do in store and getting out and about in the local community and supporting them, it's great to give something back! Some of the the places we help are the RSPCA Bookshop on Mill Road and the You can Bike Too Project at Milton Country Park. If you want to find out more about Community Life come and see me at the store.
