Welcome to Asda Aberdeen Beach

The store manager at Asda Aberdeen Beach is Alistair Lindsay. If you need to contact the store for any reason, please use the phone number on the left.

Four-year-old Louise McGillivray (pictured above, second left) was one of the children who was upset after their gnome was damaged and mentioned it to her uncle David Wright, who’s a section leader at the store.

He spoke to the store’s community champion Erin Campbell, and the pair arranged to personally deliver two new gnomes to Bramble Brae Nursery – to the delight of the children.

Homestart Aberdeen win Green Token Giving vote

Well done to Homestart Aberdeen who won our recent Green Token Giving vote and receive £500. Gette from the group picked up the cheque and we got a chance to catch up and chat about the summer rising stars group the money will be used to support. I have previously volunteered at a rising stars group and can say that it is truly important to have these type of groups that support families that may be in need. I am excited to return to the group over summer and get back to joining in with all the arty projects with the kids!

Pauline has worked on the checkouts at the store since 1972 and has no plans to retire.

Two-year-old Leo Spavin can now join his mum and dad on their weekly shop at Asda Scunthorpe thanks to our GoTo Shop trolley.

Leo with Nikki and Chris

Leo has a rare genetic disorder and is cared for full-time by his mum Nikki, pictured above with Leo and her husband Chris.

Nikki said: “The trolley helps massively … I couldn’t do a big shop on my own before. In this trolley he is elevated and facing us, which means he’s much happier because he can see everything that’s going on!”
