Welcome to Asda Quedgeley

Hello! My name is Kieron Rushton and I am the store manager of your brand new Asda supermarket in Quedgeley. You will find everything you need at great low prices but what’s even better is that at Quedgeley we can have your shopping picked and ready for you to collect in store at a time that is convenient for you. I look forward, along with all of our colleagues, to welcoming you to your new store and working with you to make your Asda a great place to shop.

Alan was born with a complex heart condition that meant at the age of just nine-days-old he had to have open heart surgery. By the time he was two and a half Alan had undergone over 40 heart operations.

Former welterweight champion of the world, Ricky ‘the Hit Man’ Hatton popped into our Radcliffe store to collect a cheque for £17,000, raised by Asda stores in Greater Manchester for Brain Tumour Research.

Ricky Hatton collecting the cheque

Colleagues across the city have been fundraising for Brain Tumour Research since March, holding events like wearing hats on Wear A Hat Day, selling cakes and holding tombolas.

Our Radcliffe store collected the highest store total of all stores in Manchester, raising over £3000 – and boxing legend Ricky Hatton surprised colleagues and customers in Radcliffe by turning up to collect the donation in person.
